Throughout the last month, our team has been filled with excitement as we planned and coordinated every aspect of the launch of our strategic partnership with Percipio Workforce Solutions. Countless hours of brainstorming, strategizing, and working together have been dedicated to ensuring that this partnership is not only successful but also impactful to the communities we serve. From aligning our goals and objectives to refining the logistical details of the collaboration, each step has been executed with precision and intention. The synergy between our two companies compliment each other, and we are excited for what growth will come!
For Hire DSM, this strategic alignment allows myself and our team to go back to focusing on what we do best with offering our clients outsourced recruitment options and Talent Acquisition Consulting. When adding staffing to our services in January of 2023, we had a dream of being able to offer our clients the staffing model, without realizing the full breadth of back office support it takes. This partnership allows us to be able to offer our clients the staffing hiring solution, while Percipio will be able to service the day to day operations, which is where they thrive!
